Feature - Contained Historical Drama
Less than five months before Lincoln's assassination, the famed Booth brothers—Junius, Edwin, and John Wilkes—performed together for the first and only time, in a one-night staging of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. Played by black actors, The Brothers Booth imagines their intense conversations and conflicts over one fateful weekend, set against the backdrop of a nearly forgotten Confederate attack on NYC.
